Wickliffe Elementary:
Felice Kassoy
Meeting 1/17/12
Rapport, Keiden, Bowden, Evans, Calcara, Nyeste, Hysell, Peebles
Training will be June 13-14, 8:30-4:00
Location of training will be at UAHS in the cafeteria
One semester of Ashland credit will be available. Jennifer Haddow will organize the Ashland class.
LPDC approval is pending. Heather is submitting.
Discussion about how to open the training up to the remainder of the district. An individual from each building should send email. Nancy has already done this with Jones and will send the email she crafted to uacounselors@uaschools.org.
Need to check with COPES Consulting about what they need for the training: technology, sound, room set-up, registration process (should our committee help with registration), handouts (who provides), how much time for lunch....what do you need to make everything work? Nancy will contact to ask these questions. Talk about space needs...different on Day 1 than Day 2? Should there be a cut-off date for final numbers? How much is Ashland course? Let them know who all we're inviting...do we need to identify the core building teams prior to training, or do we do that there.
Lunch those days will be on your own.
Committee will meet again in spring to finalize details, talk about providing snacks, drink, etc.
Reconvene on Friday, March 30 (Grading Day) in the morning.
Hysell, Allocco, VanDoorn, vanDoorn, Buffer, Cochran, McKee
